Welcome to Love Nakshatra. These terms are the agreement between you and us. Please read them before you use the service. They are written to be clear, so you know what to expect from us and what we expect from you.

1. Who we are

2. Agreeing to these terms

When you create an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. You must be 18 or older

Love Nakshatra is only for adults. At sign-up we show you this text:

Love Nakshatra is for adults. Enter your date of birth. If you have not completed 18 years, we cannot create your account and we do not keep your data. By continuing, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

If you give a false date of birth, we may close your account.

4. Your account

• You sign in with a one-time code that we send to your email. Keep your email account safe, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• Use your own email and your own true birth details. One person, one account.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else used it, write to [support email] at once.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings (/settings).

5. What Love Nakshatra offers

Love Nakshatra is an astrology-first relationship discovery service. It grows in three steps:

Today only the Free plan exists. We describe each paid plan, its limits and its price on the pricing page before you pay.

Paid plans: what you agree to when you subscribe

• The price you see is the price you pay. Premium costs ₹108 a month, GST included. Renews every month until you cancel. Soulmate Connect costs ₹500 per month, GST included. No fee is added at checkout.
• It renews every month until you cancel. We show this sentence next to the pay button, before you pay.
• UPI AutoPay. You approve the AutoPay mandate once in your UPI app, for the fixed plan amount. Your bank or UPI app sends you an alert at least 24 hours before each debit. You can withdraw the mandate at any time in your UPI app. The mandate costs you no fee.
• Renewal notice. We also remind you by email before each renewal, with the date and the amount.
• Cancel in one tap. Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel. One confirm screen follows, with "Cancel" and "Keep" buttons of the same size. Cancelling never takes more steps than subscribing.
• After you cancel, your plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for. Then it stops, and no further debit is made. Your free reading and your chart stay.
• No free trial turns into a paid plan without your action.
• Price changes. We tell you at least [30] days before a new price applies to you. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

6. What a reading is, and what it is not

Every reading, timing report and score carries this notice:

This reading is traditional Vedic astrology guidance for reflection and entertainment. It is calculated by software from your birth details and is not a prediction or a guarantee about your relationships, marriage, health, money or any other outcome. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Make your own decisions.

In plain words:

• How it is made. Software (Swiss Ephemeris) calculates your chart from your birth details. A rules engine then selects text that people wrote for each result. No AI writes your reading.
• Accuracy of the calculation. We test our calculation against the published charts of Jagannatha Hora, a widely used Vedic astrology program. The result depends on the birth details you give. A wrong birth time or place gives a different chart.
• No guarantee. We do not promise that you will meet a partner, marry, or have any other result. Astrology is a tradition of guidance, not a science that predicts events.
• Your decisions are yours. Do not use a reading in place of advice from a doctor, a counsellor, a lawyer or a financial adviser. If you are in distress, please contact a health professional or a helpline near you.

7. Examples on our pages

Until real members exist, some parts of our pages show example content: an example rating, an example member count, an example testimonial or an example story. Each one carries a visible "Example" label. An example is not a review, a story or an opinion of a real member. It is not a claim about how many people use Love Nakshatra or what they think of it. We never use an example in an advertisement.

When real members exist, we show only real counts and real reviews:

• Each review or story is the real and current opinion of a member who used the service.
• If a reviewer has a connection with us that a reader would not expect (for example, the reviewer works for us or received a gift for the review), we say so next to the review.
• We do not buy reviews, write reviews ourselves, or edit a review to change its meaning.
• We do not hide low ratings from the full list of reviews, and we show each rating with the number of reviews behind it.

8. Rules for using Love Nakshatra

You must not use Love Nakshatra to host, show, upload, change, publish, send, store, update or share anything that:

1. belongs to another person and that you have no right to use;
2. is obscene, pornographic or paedophilic, invades another person's privacy (including bodily privacy), insults or harasses on the basis of gender, is racially or ethnically objectionable, relates to or encourages money laundering or gambling, is an online game that causes harm to a user, or promotes enmity between groups on the grounds of religion or caste with the intent to incite violence;
3. is harmful to a child;
4. infringes a patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
5. deceives or misleads a person about the origin of a message, or knowingly shares misinformation or information that is clearly false, untrue or misleading, or that a fact check unit of the Central Government has identified as fake, false or misleading about the business of the Central Government;
6. impersonates another person;
7. threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or incites a cognisable offence, or prevents the investigation of an offence, or insults another nation;
8. contains a software virus or other code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the working of a computer resource;
9. is an online game that is not verified as a permissible online game;
10. advertises or promotes an online game that is not a permissible online game, or an online gaming intermediary that offers one;
11. breaks any law in force.

You also must not:

• create an account for another person, or more than one account for yourself;
• ask another member for money, gifts, bank details or personal documents;
• send spam, mass messages or unwanted contact;
• try to read another member's data, break our security, or overload the service with automatic requests;
• copy our readings, text or software to build a competing service.

9. Matching and messages (Phase 3)

• Other members never see your full birth date, birth time or birth place.
• Private messages open only after a mutual match, when both members have expressed interest and neither has blocked the other.
• You can block, report or unmatch a member at any time. We review each report.
• Meet a person from the internet with care. Meet in a public place, tell a friend, and never send money. We do not run background checks on members unless we say so.

10. What you give us

You keep your rights in the information you give us. You allow us to use it only to run Love Nakshatra for you, as our Privacy Policy describes. When you delete your account, this permission ends, except for the copies the Privacy Policy names.

11. Our content

The readings, the text, the design, the name Love Nakshatra and the software belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may read and save your own readings for your personal use. You may share your own reading with friends. You may not sell it or reuse our text in bulk.

12. If you break these terms

If you break these terms, our Privacy Policy, or the law, we may remove the content, limit your account, or close your account at once. Where it is fair and safe, we tell you why and give you a chance to reply. We remind all members of this right at least once a year.

If we remove content because of a complaint or a legal order, we keep it and its records for 180 days for an investigation, or longer if a court or an authorised agency asks.

13. Service changes and availability

We work to keep Love Nakshatra available and correct, but we cannot promise that it will never stop or never contain an error. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a feature that you paid for, we tell you first and give you a fair refund for the unused part.

14. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits a right that you have under Indian consumer law, or our responsibility for our own fraud or gross negligence.

Apart from that:

• We are not responsible for a decision you make because of a reading.
• We are not responsible for what another member says or does, on or off the service.
• For a paid plan, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

15. Changes to these terms

We will tell you about each important change by email or on the site at least [15] days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before that date. If you paid for a plan, you can cancel it and the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.

16. Law and disputes

Before you go to a court or a commission, please write to our Grievance Officer. Most problems are fixed fastest that way. See the Grievance Redressal Policy.
